Filing Without an Attorney

RECENT CHANGES – Pursuant to Standing Order 2024-04, documents submitted for filing will no longer be accepted through the Help Desk after December 30, 2024. In order to provide litigants with an electronic means of submitting documents for filing to the Clerk’s office, the District of New Jersey has approved an electronic submission system for pro se litigants called ALTERNATE DOCUMENT SYSTEM (“ADS”).  More information about this new submission system can be found by clicking here.
