The District of New Jersey welcomes Magistrate Judge Norah McCann King, who will be assisting this Court with Social Security Appeals. Magistrate Judge King, a retired Judge from the Southern District of Ohio, will be handling the Social Security Appeals of those plaintiffs who previously consented to magistrate jurisdiction, as well as those who do so in the future. The United States Attorney's Office for the District of New Jersey and the Social Security Administration have indicated their continued consent to Magistrate jurisdiction. Judge King replaces recalled Magistrate Judge Paul Zoss, who provided valuable service to this Court and whose term ended on March 2, 2020.
