CM/ECF Registration

An attorney admitted to the Bar of this court, including attorneys authorized to represent the United States, may register as a Filing User by completing the prescribed registration form and submitting it to the Clerk of Court. Exceptions to this requirement are out-of-state attorneys that: 1) represent a party in an action transferred to New Jersey pursuant to an Order issued by the Judicial Panel on Multidistrict Litigation or 2) attorneys who are retained to represent defendants in criminal cases. Registration as a Filing User constitutes consent to electronic service of all documents as provided in this order in accordance with the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure and the Federal Rules of Criminal Procedure. (Government Attorneys (US Attorneys, US Trustee, etc.) entering private practice must register again.)

Please only send us one form. It is not necessary to send us a hard-copy if you have submitted the form electronically. This delays registration. Please note that registration take approximately 1 week.

Credit Card Payment Application
