Notice to the BarFiling Initial Pleadings Electronically and Payment of Filing Fees ElectronicallyBeginning May 1, 2006, the U.S. District Court will permit attorneys, who are registered e-filers, to electronically file initial pleadings such as Complaints and Notices of Removal and to permit payment of filing fees electronically via the internet.
